New Account Application 

Please be advised that Ingram has moved to an online-only new account application process. It is important for sales representatives to move away from the old system and adopt this new process moving forward. This new and improved system allows for a streamlined application process that is more efficient and helps prevent fraud.

Customers paying by wire transfer can use the credit application.
The new credit card application portal can be found here.  
Retailer terms can be found here.


 Accounts can apply from their desktop or mobile device. To assist with this new process, we have created a comprehensive step-by-step instruction document that walks new accounts on the new application process. You can review that document here.

Please note: any account who starts the application process but does not complete the online form will receive 3 emails in 24-hour increments prompting them to finish the application process.

Once the new online form is complete, new accounts can expect:

This new application process is relevant to new accounts only, and to sales representatives helping new accounts create an IPS or Ingram wholesale account.
Existing accounts will not need to go through the new application process.

New Customer Setting Terms are: 

Upon application completion, sales representatives should email #NewAccountCredit@ingramcontent.com and their region's in-house sales manager with the new account's setting terms. This is required for account set-up.
