Dear Friend of ILI,
Two weeks ago we welcomed our new cohort of Inspired Leadership Initiative fellows to campus for their fall orientation at the University of Notre Dame. It’s hard to find the words to accurately describe the energy, excitement, and anticipation that fills the space each academic year as we gather and officially welcome a new set of fellows to begin their journey of discovery, discernment, and design. I can relate to the emotions our fellows are experiencing as I begin my first year as Director of the ILI. It’s an honor to write today, on behalf of the ILI team, to introduce you to the fellows of ILI’s 7th cohort, whose names, photos, and bios you can find via the links below.

As in years past, this cohort consists of an accomplished group of individuals representing a variety of professional backgrounds, geographic locations and academic interests. Collectively, they bring a rich and diverse set of experiences to the campus community.
Last week, they began their journey in earnest, diving into the weekly core elements of the program, familiarizing themselves with the robust opportunities of campus life, and continuing to acquaint themselves with one another as they build their own cohort community. I invite you to join me in welcoming this distinguished group of fellows to Notre Dame!
