Impact Dakota welcomes Cindy Griffin, VP, HR and Corporate Services at Harvestone Low Carbon Partners, and Derek Rambousek, Vice President of Operations at Baker Boy, to our Board of Directors. Their expertise in the Energy and Food Sectors are welcome additions to our board and will help to further serve North Dakota's manufacturers. Cindy and Derek will begin their three-year terms on April 1st. No fooling!

Through strategic marketing campaigns across the nation, this initiative highlights the state's exceptional quality of life and abundant job opportunities.

Since the program began nearly 3 years ago, we have seen over 5,000 individuals engage with our Relocation Help Desk, nearly 1,500 individuals request to be connected to local community champions and 80 individuals relocate to 17 communities across the state.

For the first time ever, the World Coatings Council designated March 24-28, 2025 World Paint and Coatings Week to demonstrate the strength of the coatings sector globally and explain to the general public and decision-makers just how important coatings are to the global economy and society.

North Dakota has been a critical contributor to the growth of the coatings industry worldwide.

Impact Dakota has expanded and launched the North Dakota Supply Chain Connectivity Program. 

This is a national initiative from NIST MEP (Manufacturing Extension Partnership) designed to significantly help North Dakota Manufacturers link together to build local and regional suppliers and potentially customers and thereby strengthen North Dakota manufacturing.
