OneUSG Connect ESS Process Changes |
In response to an increase in cyber-fraud attempts targeting sensitive employee data and paychecks, the University System of Georgia (USG) is strengthening security measures within OneUSG Connect to better protect your personal information.
Effective Saturday, Oct. 12, the OneUSG Connect system implemented new restrictions on how you update personal information, such as Direct Deposit, Personal Details, and W-2 Tax information. While you will still be able to view your information through the OneUSG Connect Employee Self Service portal, updates to your information will only be possible when you are physically present on campus and connected to Georgia Tech’s network (this includes official GT locations outside of Atlanta).
If you are unable to be physically present on campus and need to make a change, please contact the Administrative Services Center (ASC) by calling 404.385.1111, emailing support@asc.gatech.edu, or submitting a General HR Request through the Administrative Services portal.
Additional resources will be available soon for employees to navigate these changes.
