As 2025 wraps up, we reflect with deep gratitude on a year filled with connection, collaboration, and growth. Every milestone we celebrate reflects the shared commitment of families, students, educators, ministry leaders, clinicians, scholars, and partners across Texas and beyond. Together, we witnessed once again that flourishing is not a solo pursuit—it is something we build in community.
This year, we expanded our team, deepened our reach, launched bold new initiatives, and walked alongside thousands of individuals and families seeking belonging and support. In every space—from classrooms and clinics to churches and conferences—we saw people come together to imagine a more accessible, just, and inclusive world.
Below is a glimpse of what we accomplished together.

We are proud of the growing number of faculty affiliates and student fellows—more than 50 in all—who contribute to this work. Our Center directors, along with various other staff, faculty affiliates, and student fellows were recognized for exceptional leadership, advocacy, research, and scholarship. Featured here–Erik Carter, Kristen Padilla, Renming Liu, Sarah Mire, and Tracey Jones–are a few of the many who received Center-affiliated accolades in 2025. We are grateful for their contributions and celebrate their work.
