This is our FIT4MOM Run Club's newest training program,
'RUNNING CONDITIONING'
Whether you are wanting to run your very first 5k, improve your 5k pace, or tone up for the summer this is your program! Our focus this training will be - Improve running pace
- cardiovascular conditioning
- gain endurance & strength
Our certified Running Coaches Lindsay Strong and Nancy Corley will lead you in this 8-week session beginning Saturday, April 1st at 8am.
*Location of our Saturday group trainings will vary depending on the type of run conditioning we will be doing weekly.
There will be an optional 5k on May 20th that you may sign up for (cost is not included in training program price).
