Get ready for IEW 2021!

Blue sky and international flags. Text; International education week
International Education Week (IEW) is a national event that takes place this year between November 15 - 19. Here at Miami, we observe IEW with a wide range of activities, international food, and events in order to celebrate the diverse array of cultures on our campus and provide students, faculty, and staff the opportunity for global engagement on our campus.
IEW 2021 will feature both in-person and virtual events, including the return of our Photo and Essay contest! Current students who were either international students or who studied abroad between Fall 2019 and Summer 2021 are invited to enter for a chance to win prizes! Deadline for submission is October 15, 2021.

Getting to Know Europe

Discovery Tours are made possible by the generosity of MUDEC alumni, and offer students a great opportunity to explore local gems and "off the beaten path" areas. So far, students have enjoyed visits to locations in Luxembourg such as the National Mining Museum in Minett, tours of Luxembourg City, and a treetop hike in Germany!

If that sounds like something you'd like to do, it's not too late to apply for Spring 2022 at MUDEC! The deadline is October 1. (Fall 2022 applications will open later this year.) Visit MiamiOH.edu/MUDEC to learn more.
