Make Your Voice Heard: COACHE Survey is Still Open!
Thanks to all that participated in the COACHE survey. If you haven’t had a chance to provide your feedback regarding faculty job satisfaction-there is still time. The survey is open to eligible faculty until Monday, April 10th. A survey link from COACHE has been sent to your UMKC email. The purpose of COACHE is to improve the academic workplace for faculty like you and others in your department, division, and the institution as a whole. Implementation of any initiative will often fail without faculty engagement and input. Faculty input can make all the difference in garnering strong and representative feedback as well as developing and implementing policies based on the outcomes of that feedback.
In an effort to make the right inferences from the UMKC COACHE survey data, the Center for Advancing Faculty Excellence (CAFE) has gathered a diverse group of faculty that will work collaboratively to make sense of the data and provide input into future policy development.
Meet your COACHE Steering Committee members:
- Karen Brown, Conservatory
- Bryan Boots, Bloch School of Management
- Keerthana Sateesh, School of Dentistry
- Tiffani Riggers-Piel, School of Education, Social Work and Psychological Sciences
- Viviana Grieco, School of Humanities and Social Sciences
- Mikah Thompson, School of Law
- Jenifer Allsworth, School of Medicine
- Amanda Grimes, School of Nursing and Health Studies
- Kendall Guthrie, School of Pharmacy
- Todor Gounev, School of Science and Engineering
- Brenda Linares, Libraries
- Alexis Petri, Office of Research Development
- Amy Prettijohn, Institutional Research
