Move-In Schedule August 23, 24 and 25, 10 a.m. - 3 p.m.: Move-In for Pre-Orientation
August 28, 12 - 5 p.m.: Move-In on the Fenway Campus (SMFA Students) Your first stop should be your Residence Hall, 1047 Beacon or 1023 Beacon, where you will pick up your key and student ID. Residential Life staff will be on hand to help answer questions and assist with Move-In. August 29, 8 - 11 a.m.: Move-In on the Medford Campus

Orientation is jam-packed with activities that will introduce you to our campus and community. You'll receive an Orientation booklet when you arrive, and we keep a full list of events on the Orientation Calendar.

We want to highlight a few key events for your first day of Orientation, August 29: - 9:15 - 9:45 a.m.: BFA Students and Parents Welcome Reception (BFA only) - Join us in the Atrium at 230 The Fenway to meet SMFA staff!
- 11 a.m.: Transportation from SMFA to Medford Campus (BFA only) - Meet in the Atrium at 230 The Fenway to take the bus to Medford for the Matriculation Ceremony. Your parents and families are welcome to ride the bus as well. If you and your parents prefer to drive, free parking will be available on the Medford campus. Parking will also be available in the MFA Parking Garage on Museum Road on Wednesday (see parking rates at the MFA).
- 12 - 1 p.m.: Lunch for Parents, Students, Faculty, and Staff - Enjoy a delicious meal on the President's Lawn with your family as you get to know your fellow students, faculty, and staff.
- 1:45 - 2:45 p.m.: Matriculation Ceremony on the Academic Quad - During this ceremony with President Monaco you will be officially enrolled and welcomed to Tufts!
- 5 p.m.: Parents and Families Depart - It's time for student-only programming to begin. Bus Departs Medford Campus to the SMFA for parents and families.
- 10:30 p.m.: BFA students transported back to the Fenway campus (BFA only)

Move-In Help
We'll have several groups of student volunteers on hand to help answer questions during Move-In: - Peer Leaders from the Africana Center, Asian American Center, Latino Center, LGBT Center, and Women’s Center
- TEMS
- Eco-Reps
- Head Tutors and Writing Fellows
- Student Performance Group Members: Torn Ticket II, TURBO, Envy, HYPE, sQ!, Major: Undecided, Bhangra, Cheap Sox, and many more!
We'll also have staff members from Residential Life and Student Affairs ready to help direct you when you arrive.

What's TSR?Tufts Student Resources (TSR) is an on-campus, student run company that provides goods and services to Tufts students such as fitness classes, laundry services, care packages, apparel, and ‘The Rez’ coffee shop.
