Thank you for your efforts as an ordained mentor of a licensed minister this past year. The time has come to renew licensee's License for Ministry. As you know, once a year the Nurturing and Credentialing Committee (NACC) and the Ministry Commission has each licensed minister and the mentor to fill out separate progress reports as part of the license renewal process. We are asking you as the mentor to complete the report as a representative of the licensee's Calling Cohort. You may even want to have the cohort discuss this prior to completing it. Please fill out this form thoughtfully, completely, and prayerfully.

Have the form back to us by August 31, 2019 for our September meeting.

The licensed minister and the Calling Cohort may want to take some time to review their Covenant of Accountability, sending any updates to the district office.

This year we are going to renew all the licensees at the same time, in a wonderful celebration at District Conference. This will be a time when the ministry of our licensees can be affirmed by the whole district and they can receive the blessings of the entire PSWD.

The licensing renewal service will take place in the Saturday evening worship at District Conference, November 9, 2019 at the Franciscan Renewal Center in Scottsdale, Arizona. Our District Executive Minister, Russ Matteson, will lead the relicensing renewal. Your licensee's congregation is receiving a letter asking them to encourage their licensee to attend. As this person's Mentor, we hope you will be able to attend also. I look forward to this being a wonderful spiritual event that helps bind us together as the Body of Christ.
