Take A Break From Work On Labor Day
Labor Day 2020 will be celebrated on Monday, September 7th. Originally Labor Day was organized to celebrate various labor associations' strengths and their contributions to the U.S. economy. Now it's primarily thought of as a day of rest for workers and the unofficial end of summer.
We hope you enjoy Labor Day with friends and family. Please note that the Marquette-Adams Telephone Cooperative office will be closed on Saturday, September 5 and Monday, September 7th in observance of the holiday. In case of a service emergency, you can call us at 608-586-5910. |

Meet Our New Staff
As our membership continues to grow and our offerings continue to expand, so too does the challenge of staffing our office with qualified individuals to assist our customers. We recently hired two individuals to help meet the challenge.
Darren Rozek started on May 19th. He grew up in the Oxford area and earned a degree in Networking from MATC-Madison. He then went on to acquire 15 years of invaluable skills and knowledge in the Information Technology field and is excited to bring that experience to Marquette-Adams as a Network Technician (focused on our backbone electronics). 
Zachary Lasee joined the team on August 4th.Having earned an Associate degree in Telecommunications Technologies from Wisconsin Indianhead Technical College, Zach has spent the past 13 years honing his craft in the telecom industry. Upon his arrival, Zach has hit the ground running in the role of Combination Technician, focusing primarily on fiber optic cable splicing and testing. Zach fills a critical role in helping us to connect our growing customer base quickly and efficiently. 
It's A Good Year For National Good Neighbor Day
National Good Neighbor Day is celebrated yearly on September 28. Given the challenges of 2020, however, this is an especially good year to honor the occasion. Do something nice in your neighborhood — surprise an overwhelmed family by dropping off a home-cooked meal or offer to help an elderly resident by doing yardwork or running an errand.
Since Marquette-Adams Telephone Cooperative is a local provider, our neighbors are also our customers, employees, and friends. We have lots to celebrate! |
