Alumni Board Continues to Drive Engagement |
This year, the Alumni Board of Directors continued to play a vital role in strengthening engagement across the University community through a wide range of programs, events, and initiatives. From milestone celebrations like the fifth anniversary of Gaels Go Further and the return of a traditional Alumni Awards Dinner, to ongoing traditions such as Mission & Ministry Thanksgiving Baskets, Breakfast with Santa, and Gaels Giving Day, Board members helped advance opportunities that connect alumni, students, faculty, and staff in meaningful ways.
Throughout the year, Board members also directly supported student success and professional development through participation in Career Chats, Scholars Day, and Gaels Go Further programming, while helping welcome the newest members of the alumni community at the Senior Class Toast & Alumni Association Induction. Christian Brothers Survey:
A Message from John Murphy '83, '87MS, '88PD |
Spring seems like a perfect time to pause and reflect on all those memories that made our college years so special. Many of those memories are graced by the Christian Brothers who taught and coached us! To us, those men will forever be youthful, relevant, challenging, funny, supportive, and inspirational, whether we had them in the classroom, on the field, or on stage! We honor them by remembering them... We hold on to the lessons that they taught us, the stories that they told, and the vocation that they shared with us.
The Brothers are now reaching out to us with a few survey questions, the answers from which will help guide their deliberations and plans as they move forward in an ever-changing world of need, diversity, and calling.
|
And as the Brothers would say: “Live Jesus in our Hearts. Forever.”
