BOLT WEEK FOUR UPDATE

So far as a school we have raised $58,841.79 towards our $125,000 goal! It's not too late to start or continue fundraising; check out the stats above and our helpful quick-links below! Don't forget to mark your calendars for your child(s)' fun run time and come cheer them on

    IT'S TIME TO BID, BULLDOGS! 


    Our Silent Auction is LIVE now through 10/8 — and you don’t want to miss it! With dozens of incredible packages and one-of-a-kind prizes, it’s the perfect chance to treat yourself (and your kid!) while supporting Waverly-Belmont. Please share with friends and family - the more bids we get, the more funds we'll raise for WB!
    The best part? Since it's online, you can bid anytime, anywhere. You don’t have to be at the Fonda Fundraiser* (10/7) to win… but the competition is guaranteed to be extra fun in person, so snag your tickets if you haven’t already!
    Here's a taste of some of the amazing prizes:

    BULLDOG BOLT FUN RUN INFO

    The kiddos get to celebrate all their hard-work and fundraising efforts with a fun run! SIGN UP HERE to volunteer at the Bulldog Bolt Fun Runs at Sevier Park on Thursday, October 9, 2025. Any and all parents/caregivers are invited and welcome to come cheer on the kiddos (even if you want to just be a spectator and not a volunteer)! Check out the grade-level schedule below and mark your calendars. All students should wear their Bulldog Bolt shirts to school and can wear any other wacky WB-Spirited attire they wish with it! 
    • 4th Grade: 8:25 am - 9:15 am
    • 1st Grade: 9:15 am - 10:15 am
    • 2nd Grade: 10:20 am - 11:20 am
    • Kindergarten: 11:20 am - 12:20 pm
    • 3rd Grade: 12:50 pm - 1:50 pm
    • 5th Grade: 1:50 pm - 2:50 pm

    FUNDRAISER AT FONDA & SILENT AUCTION

    Our friends at FONDA are BACK with this amazing fundrasier for the 2nd year in a row!  Join us on October 7th from 6:00 - 8:30 pm for a night of delicious food, festive drinks and a silent auction.  Tickets are $100 per person and we have a limited amount, so be sure to get yours quick!  CLICK HERE to purchase.  This is an adults-only event so be sure to book those babysitters (might we recommend the Wyndy app giveback?).

    WBPTO @ TOUCH OF BREWS 

    ATTEND: WB PTO will have a booth in the Kid Zone section at Touch of Brews this year from 11am-5pm in Sevier Park!  There will be arts & crafts activities for the kiddos plus a photo op with Belmont the Bulldog!  Donations made at the booth will go directly towards the overall Bulldog Bolt fundraising goal.  WB families and friends can purchase tickets through this designated ticket link and a portion of the proceeds will also go towards the Bulldog Bolt, so please share it with anyone who is planning on attending! (Note: Kids under 12 are free.)

    VOLUNTEER: We also need some volunteers to help us represent the tent, hand out crafts for kids, and ask for donations from the community. We are requesting 2 representatives for each 2 hour shift and someone willing to be Belmont the mascot for 1 hour.  Each volunteer will get 1 free ticket to the festival ($35 value)!
