Hello Jumbos!
To maintain the health of our Jumbo Herd, we have several pre-entrance health requirements that you need to complete. Pay attention to these deadlines, as missing them could result in a hold on your registration or additional charges that cannot be refunded.

- Pre-entrance Health History Form: Available June 1 on the Patient Portal. Must be completed by July 1, 2024.

Tuberculosis (TB) Risk Assessment Questionnaire: Available June 1 on the Patient Portal. Must be completed by July 1, 2024.

Required Immunizations (Vaccinations): Provide documentation starting June 1 on the Patient Portal. Must be completed by July 1, 2024.

If you do not complete the Health History Form, TB Risk Questionnaire, and provide documentation of your immunizations by July 1, there will be a hold placed on your Student Information System (SIS) account and you will not be able to register for classes until these are complete and reviewed.

Health Insurance (either waive student health insurance with your existing policy or be automatically enrolled).
- Available June 1 on Student Information System (SIS). Must be completed by July 31, 2024.

If you already have comparable health insurance and you do not waive by July 31, you will be charged for the student health insurance for this year.

(Optional) Tuition Insurance: Available later this summer on the A.W.G. Dewar website. Enrollment must be before the first day of classes on September 3, 2024.

Wednesday, May 22, 7 p.m. ET – Members of the Student Accessibility and Academic Resources (StAAR) Center team and the Residential Life team will review everything you need to know about on-campus housing and accommodations. Register and submit any questions in advance.

Tuesday, June 4, 7 p.m. ET – Meet the Orientation team and review the New Student Checklist. Register and submit any questions in advance.
