Wow! It feels like just yesterday you took that exciting step of submitting your Intent-to-Enroll (ITE), and now, you're only a week away from registering for First-Year Orientation! We can't wait to officially welcome you to Sacramento State.
Here's a sneak peek of what's in store for you in the coming weeks:
At Sac State, we have a program called
Hornet Launch dedicated to providing all first-year students with a full schedule by the start of orientation. Right now, we are collaborating with your major department to ensure you are enrolled in a meaningful set of classes needed for your successful first year. While you’re eagerly waiting to register for orientation on April 2nd, please complete this checklist of important items to ensure that we build the best schedule for you:
- Complete the English Directed Self-Placement (DSP).
- Complete the Hornet Launch form.
- Gather your AP credit and/or IB credit, if applicable, and make sure these will be sent to Sac State.
- Transfer Credit, if applicable: Request transcripts from other schools you attended and send these to Sac State.
