Updates from Campus Constituent Surveys
|
In October, the Campus Constituent Survey Implementation Team provided updates addressing recommendations from the most recent faculty and staff job satisfaction surveys. At the 2024 State of the Campus address, Provost Barbara Bichelmeyer spoke about the importance of the campus constituent surveys for creating a healthier workplace culture. The process is also designed to improve transparency and leadership accountability.
These surveys and the engagement process have led to specific compensation adjustments for faculty and staff. In addition, several activities have been developed to enhance wellness resources and activities for KU staff and faculty, including wellness workshops with campus partners, CPR training, extended coverage of the Crops to Campus CSA program, an essential cooking skills class and more.
Visit the Campus Constituent Surveys online document for current recommendations and status updates.
