Working on your personal health can really seem like a chore. Tracking calories, reading labels and planning ahead can all seem daunting if you let it. Another issue is there are so many types of diets and products out there to help you to your nutritional goals. How do you know if they are safe or credible? When there is even a question, the best thing to do is ask a registered dietitian. Why a registered dietitian? Who are they are what do they do? A registered dietitian is a professional who went through extensive research-based training to earn a degree and licensure to help you and me navigate the murky waters of nutrition. Think of them as a lighthouse in the storm, they can guide you and your family into safety.
