Project Complete: Kimball Bridge Road Multimodal Gap |
True North 400 is proud to announce the successful completion of the Kimball Bridge Road Corridor Multimodal Gap Project, an important investment that strengthens connectivity along one of North Fulton’s busiest corridors. With a $1.1 million investment, True North 400 closed a critical gap between the City of Alpharetta’s Kimball Bridge Road Widening project and the Georgia Department of Transportation’s bridge replacement over GA 400.

Investing in Georgia’s Transportation Future |
Governor Brian Kemp has proposed a transformative $2 billion investment in transportation and infrastructure projects across Georgia, signaling a major commitment to the state’s long-term mobility, safety and economic growth. Announced during the kickoff of the 2026 legislative session, the plan focuses on relieving congestion on some of Georgia’s most heavily traveled corridors while strengthening local and rural infrastructure statewide.

|
Key elements of the proposal include new express lanes on I-75 South, significant upgrades to Ga. 316 between Atlanta and Athens, funding for local road projects in communities across the state and critical bridge improvements in rural areas.

Big Changes Ahead for GA 400 |
Major improvements are underway along one of North Fulton and Forsyth County’s most important corridors. The SR 400 Express Lanes Project will add new express lanes in both directions from the MARTA North Springs Station in Fulton County to north of McFarland Parkway in Forsyth County, helping improve mobility, reduce congestion and provide more reliable travel options.
As construction progresses, staying informed is key. True North 400 encourages property owners, employees and travelers in our district to visit the Georgia Department of Transportation project hub for the latest updates on construction timelines, traffic impacts, lane shifts and major project milestones. True North 400 will also include key information in its monthly newsletter, on social media and through email blasts with important updates.
