I can hardly believe that it's December already, opening the door to a gaggle of holidays and before you've even cleaned out the leftover pumpkin pie from your refrigerator (confession: ours is still hanging out in the fridge), it's January. I can't think about January yet.

Anyway. We at BTS hope you all have a happy, safe, and healthy Holiday Season!

That's right, Bethesda! We are getting some new bike lanes along Bethesda Avenue, Willow Lane, and Woodmont Avenue. Construction started in November and the lanes are expected to be done in the Spring of 2021.

According to the Montgomery County Department of Transportation, "These bike projects will construct approximately 0.25 miles of separated bike lanes along Woodmont Avenue between Miller Ave and Montgomery Lane and 0.25 miles of separated bike lanes along Bethesda Ave between Woodmont Avenue and Wisconsin Avenue, continuing onto Willow Lane to 47th Street."
