London Bloomberg Event: Women in Finance Panel featuring Industry Leaders |
What an extraordinary day with 85 students in Bloomberg's London headquarters. To mark International Women's Day and Women's Month, Bloomberg hosted students from Mulberry Schools Trust in partnership with Rock The Street, Wall Street. This Insight to Finance event focused on introducing the girls to the sector and building their Financial & Investment literacy skills through interactive workshops, an industry-leading panel and compelling networking opportunities.
The insightful Women in Finance keynote discussion convened three distinguished leaders from the sector: Wei Li, Chief Investment Strategist at BlackRock; Leila Sariq, Global Head of Enterprise Data Content at Bloomberg; and our RTSWS Founder & CEO, Maura Cunningham. This captivating conversation was moderated by Kriti Gupta, Bloomberg News. President of Bloomberg Inc and Chairman Emeritus at Bloomberg LP, Peter T. Grauer, opened the dynamic discussion.

TIAA and RTSWS Team Up to Inspire Students to Pursue Careers in Financial Services |

To mark International Women's Day, Thasunda Brown Duckett, CEO of TIAA, hosted RTSWS Student CEOs for "A Day Full of Promise," an event supporting emerging female leaders in finance.
The immersive gathering, held at TIAA's New York City offices, featured a fireside chat between Duckett and Maura Cunningham, Founder and CEO of RTSWS, discussing their career journeys.
In addition to roundtable discussions with TIAA executives, the event aimed to empower young women with real-world insights and opportunities, fostering valuable connections for future leadership roles in the financial industry.

| RTSWS proudly celebrates Women’s History Month, marking a significant milestone of reaching over 6,000 diverse female students across 60 high schools in the US, UK, and Canada.
Special events are planned in each country to celebrate successes and address industry gaps, offering immersive experiences to empower young women in finance.
Through collaborations with sponsors and volunteers, RTSWS continues to expand its reach, providing vital financial literacy education and opportunities for underserved high school girls to pursue careers in STEM.

Checking in on the RTSWS Spring Mentorship |
The RTSWS Spring Mentorship is going strong across our 60+ high schools and secondary schools in 30 cities across the US, UK and Canada!
With their mentors (all experienced female finance professionals!) our students have been building key university and career readiness skills this spring. During Session One and Session Two, they are introduced to networking, it's importance and how they can begin to build their own professional network. In Session Three, students and mentors bring what they've learned together during a Speed Networking activity that allows the students to put into practice their new skills.
