Why should students at your school join RTSWS?
Before I had the opportunity to join RTSWS, most of my ideas about business and how to accomplish my goals were abstract. It felt like something I could only see in theory. Since my engagement with the program, my future plans feel far more realistic - being able to learn from and connect with women business leaders helps put our members in touch with real plans and real possibilities for themselves. It will be my mission to encourage students to join the group as a way to find their footing BEFORE planning for college. By demonstrating how they can play a role in successfully navigating their future, their independence and personal financial literacy, the message will be that RTSWS is designed to empower young women. Bringing in diverse student voices will lift all women on our individual paths to financial literacy and eventually in our careers. Joining RTSWS offers practical experience in things that were previously inaccessible, and any student who joins us will be offered this enormous benefit.
