The LLS Alumni Association Board of Governors (BOG) is hosting a series of Virtual Practice Area Career Fairs on a range of subject areas. The sessions will provide an opportunity for students to engage with LLS alumni in breakout rooms, hone in on areas of interest and build their networks. The session from 4:30-6 p.m. PT on Thursday, July 8 will focus on entertainment, IP and sports law. Need help getting acquainted with Workday? Numerous support resources, including step-by-step reference guides and video demos, are available on the Workday dashboard. Simply log-in and click on the “Workday Support” (lifesaver) icon and search for the topic you’re interested in. Payroll Update
Effective June 28, 2021, non-exempt hourly employees should enter their time in Workday. Time entry/time off history prior to June 28, 2021 will NOT be available in Workday. Non-exempt hourly employees will not be able to enter time or time off in Workday for days worked prior to June 28, 2021. Any timesheet amendments (e.g. time entry/time off corrections, missed time entry) for previously reported time prior to June 28, 2021 should be submitted by completing the Bi-Weekly Employee Time Sheet. Time sheet amendments must be submitted to MyTimetracking@lmu.edu by Tuesday, July 6, 2021 to ensure timely processing.

Upload Your Vaccination Record
To upload your COVID vaccination record at Vax LMU, simply click on the upload button below on your phone, snap a photo of your vaccination card once you're in the app, and submit. If you need help uploading your vaccination card, you may contact Human Resources (310.338.2723, hr@lmu.edu) for staff, or the LLS Office of Student Affairs (213.736.8151, studentaffairs@lls.edu) for students.
LLS students are required to submit their vaccination documentation by July 26, 2021 and be fully vaccinated by August 9, 2021. The university has provided a mechanism for students to request a vaccination exemption based on qualifying medical or religious reasons. The deadline for such requests is July 15, 2021. More information about exemptions for students, including what information must submitted, is available online.

Need a COVID Vaccine?
On April 26, the university announced that it will require that all students coming to our campuses be vaccinated against COVID-19 for the fall semester. If you are looking to schedule a vaccine appointment, we encourage you to utilize any of the following resources:
- Visit myturn.ca.gov to schedule your appointment as soon as possible. You may also call other locations, such as CVS or Walgreens, to inquire about availability.
- More information on how to make an appointment can be found on the L.A. County Department of Public Health website.
- More information on vaccine locations outside of California is available at vaccines.gov.
