Senior Lecturer Kateryna Shynkaruk was featured in Friends & Fellows Citizens Podcast. In Episode #142: "4 am Kyiv was bombed" - A Diplomat's Reflections on the Russian Invasion of Ukraine, Shynkaruk discusses her work at the Bush School, Russia's war on Ukraine, the conduct of Russian President Vladimir Putin, the characteristics of Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky, and the state and future of the conflict in Ukraine.

Postdoctoral Research Associate Kaleb Abreha was invited to join a panel of experts to discuss trade and industrial policy in a series of strategic dialogues hosted by the Columbia Center on Sustainable Investment and the African Climate Foundation. The series, titled "U.S. Industrial Policy: Challenges and Opportunities for Africa – A series of African-led strategic dialogues” focused on critical legislative developments in industrial policy in the United States and their potential challenges and opportunities for African governments and companies.

Fulbright Scholar Giorgi Revishvili has published an article titled “Ukraine’s allies divided over drone campaign targeting Russian refineries” in the Atlantic. This article discusses Ukraine's drone campaign against Russian oil refineries and its potential implications.
