| Member Previews for Longwood Reimagined |
Following the May opening of our new Conservatory Overlook and the October 11 opening of our new 1906 restaurant, we invite you to experience the excitement of all of Longwood Reimagined—first—with our Members-only previews, taking place November 3–17. During these special previews, enjoy exclusive access to our wondrous new spaces before their public opening on November 22.
Explore the new West Conservatory, a Mediterranean garden under glass with islands of plants set amid bridges, canals, fountains, and water features. Rediscover the Cascade Garden, preserved and relocated to its own new, custom glasshouse. Enjoy the serenity of our new Bonsai Courtyard, an outdoor gallery space artfully showcasing our acclaimed bonsai collection … and see it all, first.
Membership must be active through the preview dates to make a reservation. Your Membership expires . Reservations are required to experience our previews, except for Gardens Premium Members and Innovators. Complimentary Guest Tickets are accepted.

HONOR JUNETEENTH IN OUR GARDENS

Ruth Naomi Floyd Presents Frederick Douglass Jazz Works |
Join us in commemorating Juneteenth across our region as Voices Underground presents Frederick Douglass Jazz Works—a discussion and jazz performance comprised of vocalist and composer Ruth Naomi Floyd’s original compositions paired with words from Douglass’s speeches and writings. Illustrated through the artform of jazz improvisational music, the performance illuminates the themes of tragedy, grief, despair, and injustice of American slavery but through the multi-faceted prism of hope, joy, perseverance, and triumph—all with Floyd’s soaring mezzo-soprano voice and Douglass’s own words.

It’s all about the movies with our Oscar-worthy June Festive Friday! Join us for an evening of family-friendly fun with guided strolls through the Gardens, energetic live music in the Beer Garden, an Illuminated Fountain Performance packed with silver screen hits from The Greatest Showman to Aladdin, and so much more.

Upcoming Members-only Hours |
Spread out a blanket or set-up a chair and join us for a Members-only concert, delight in an Illuminated Fountain Performance, and dine under the stars in our Beer Garden with our next Members-only Hours.
On Sunday, July 14, self-described "neo-folk indie soul avant jazz jam grass-icana” band Twisted Pine takes the stage in our Orchard (near the Meadow Garden) at 7 pm. Stay the evening and enjoy our Here You Come Again Illuminated Fountain Performance at 9 pm in the Main Fountain Garden.
Member reservations are not required on these evenings. Members’ guests are welcome but must be accompanied by a Member. Guests not included in a Membership require Admission tickets. Complimentary Guest Tickets may be used on these evenings.
