We're Hiring: Director of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion
The Director of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) is responsible for the planning and implementation of all diversity, equity, and inclusion efforts of the National Speech & Debate Association. This position works closely with the Executive Director, Board of Directors, staff leadership team, partner organizations, and a broad audience of stakeholders to plan, execute, and capacity-build toward a comprehensive plan focused on infusing DEI into each aspect of the organization. We'll begin reviewing applications the week of February 7.
