Appendix to BINSR

You’ve asked and we’ve listened! A new tool is now available to you in our dotloop library. Every now and then we run into situations where buyer’s have a lengthy list of disapproved items to add to the BINSR. Rather than having to create your own separate document to continue the list on, we’ve added the “Appendix to BINSR” to the “All of the Documents” template in Dotloop.

February 2020 Residential Purchase Contract Revisions

On February 1, 2020, AAR released a revised version of the Residential Resale Real Estate Purchase Contract. The contract has already been updated in dotloop and will be available in any new loops that you open. If you have a buyer loop that was opened prior to February 1st that you will be using but have not yet used the purchase contract, make sure you pull in an updated version of the contract from the “All of the Documents” template. Below are the three revisions that were made along with the reasoning behind the changes.
