‘Top Docs’ offers first-hand account of COVID-19 illness, hospitalization & recovery
The latest edition of the Medical Association of Georgia’s (MAG) ‘Top Docs’ show features Atlanta attorney Bill Clark addressing his recent COVID-19 illness, hospitalization and recovery.
Clark discusses…
– How he believes he contracted COVID-19
– If he was aware of and following the COVID-19 guidelines when he got sick
– His first symptoms – and what actions he took
– Why he was hospitalized, and if he was concerned about going to the hospital
– His experience at Emory St. Joseph’s Hospital
– If he was ever worried about losing his life
– His decision to participate in a clinical trial
– His experience after he was released from the hospital
– If he is considering donating his plasma to treat other COVID-19 patients
– How he feels now, and whether he has had to alter his daily life
It is worth noting that Clark says that, “I did not have any underlying medical conditions, nor was I was aware that I had been exposed to anyone who had COVID-19, when I contracted the virus in April.”
