Dear Friend,
Here in Indiana, mushroom-hunting is a big deal. People go crazy searching for morels, which are weird-looking yet delicious fungi that cannot be cultivated – they only grow wild, and you never know where they might pop up (and a good mushroom-hunter never gives away their 'secret' location).
Well, I'm about to give away my favorite spot: my backyard (no trespassing, please)!
They're early this spring. I will give them several days to grow before harvesting these yummy nuggets of earthy goodness.
