While those events are just around the corner, don’t forget to check out all the other exciting opportunities we have planned! Especially for a tour of our second-year halls during the Open House to explore your future living spaces. These events are designed to help you make the most of your room selection experience.

Do not forget! The housing contract deadline is February 25 at 4 p.m. Be sure to complete both your contract and the $200 deposit by then. Missing the deadline means you won’t receive a room selection time next month, and you won’t be able to match with roommates until your contract is fully submitted.
If you’re required to live on campus for 2026–27, missing the deadline will also place a class registration hold on your account. The hold can’t be removed until your housing contract is completed.
Check out our quick tutorial to make sure you meet the deadline, avoid any holds, start matching with roommates and lock in your room selection time!
REMINDER: The upperclass housing contract will no longer be available after February 25. If you plan to live on campus as a non-required student, be sure to complete your housing contract and deposit now!

This year, we’re sharing an important update to our room rate types to better reflect the variety of living options across our communities. Beginning with the 2026–27 academic year, what you may have previously known as traditional, renovated, and suite will now be categorized as classic, contemporary, suite, and apartment. This update helps capture our master-lease communities at River Park and River Gate, along with our apartment-style units at 31 S. Court St., while providing clearer descriptions of what each option includes.
We encourage you to review the new room options and associated costs page to get familiar with each room type, which halls fall under each category, and the rate amounts based on your OHIO Guarantee cohort. Taking time to explore this info now will help ensure you’re fully prepared to make confident room selection decisions that best match your preferences and budget.
