Basic Compliance Workshops - April 29 - May 1, Macon
Steve Moore, Bank Compliance Services, will present back-to-back seminars on compliance basics. First, on April 29, the Basic Deposit and Operations Compliance seminar will cover BSA, EFTA/Regulation E and UDAAPs (Unfair, Deceptive or Abusive Acts or Practices). Then, on April 30 - May 1, the Basic Lending Compliance seminar will cover lending compliance requirements, common problem areas and more. Participants will get extensive question-and-answer opportunities and complete several real-world lending compliance reviews. Topics to be covered include underwriting consumer real estate loans, ability-to-repay rules, flood insurance compliance, processing TRID loans, HMDA and fair lending.
