Our 70th anniversary celebration is just one month away, and the room is filling up!Â
If you’ve been meaning to register, now is the time. Join us on October 22 at The Green Room as we bring together the FWSF community – longtime members, new faces, friends and allies – for one very special evening celebrating 70 years of connection, leadership, and impact.
We’ll honor our 2026 Bridge Award recipients Julie Castro Abrams, Elena Gomez, Rosie Rios, Jessica Ross, and Dan Zhang, reconnect with friends and colleagues, and celebrate the generations of women who have shaped FWSF, and those who will carry it forward.
Don’t wait to get your ticket. We want you in the room!Â

This free-to-members event gave our newest members a chance to meet FWSF board and committee members, discover ways to get involved with various committees, learn about upcoming events, and connect with fellow new members over cheese, fruit, wine, and non-alcoholic beverages. It was a wonderful evening of building relationships, discovering opportunities, and becoming more engaged in the FWSF community. In the words of our new member, Nicole Gomez:
“Such a lovely and inspiring evening with Financial Women of San Francisco! It was wonderful connecting, sharing meaningful conversations, and learning from so many accomplished women with different career journeys and experiences. I left feeling genuinely energized by the openness, generosity, and sense of community in the room.

FWSF launched a financial literacy program at USF in mid-September, a three-part series designed to help college students build essential personal finance skills.
The program was spearheaded by Kim Scala, in partnership with 2026 Scholarship Winner Arianna Costello, a USF graduating senior. Gayatri Natrajan and Lisa Zuffi assisted in designing the curriculum.
