Senior Survey
Please remind your senior fill out the Future Plans Survey by May 1. This is required for their information to be showcased at the Senior Celebration and Service Assembly on May 13.
Nonpublic Transportation Reimbursement
Families who live more than three miles one-way from DCHS may be eligible for a nonpublic transportation reimbursement. Forms must be submitted each semester (by Dec. 1 & May 1). Eligible families will receive one check following the end of the school year. Find instructions here.
Choir Auditions
Is your student interested in auditioning for the DC Singers? Auditions will be held May 4-7. Information is posted outside the choir room, and the sign up is on the door. Slots are filling quickly.

Prom & Post Prom
Prom and Post Prom tickets are on sale and must be purchased by students in High5 by Friday, May 8 at 3:15 p.m. Visit Prom FAQs for more information.

Campaign Corner: Safety First
The Dowling Catholic campus operates morning, noon and night on school days and over the weekend. When the sky turns dark and inclement weather threatens, the safety of our students takes center stage. The first project to take shape from the Honoring our History, Faith in Our Future campaign is the construction of the new FEMA rated storm shelter.
When not used for severe weather, the space will serve as an auxiliary gym for PE classes, practices, student activities and community events.

The Max Fahnlander Memorial Scholarship
Created to honor the life of Max Fahnlander, this scholarship is based on servant leadership and the virtues of fraternal charity, compassion, faith, and integrity. The ideal candidate will demonstrate commitment to faith, volunteer work with marginalized groups, and membership in helping organizations or mission groups. The $5,000 award will be paid directly from the Fahnlander family to the recipient in June. Applications must be submitted to Student Services by May 5. Learn more here.
