Hello Spring Residents,

Earlier this month we shared details about the Room Renewal phase of the 2024-2025 Housing Registration process. Room Renewal registration is now open, for those who are eligible.

If you are eligible, based on the location of your current building/room, you have the opportunity to keep your current room for next year. This also includes the chance to pull in friends into your current room for next year; if your current roommate/s will not be living on-campus next year or they choose not to participate in Room Renewal. 

Current residents of the following halls or communities are not eligible for Room Renewal:

Please enter your GW Home portal to complete any relevant steps that pertain to you, ie: Room Renewal, Roommate Matching & Groups, etc. 

📆 You have until Wednesday, Feb. 21 at 4 PM EST, to complete actions for Room Renewal (if you wish to pursue this option). Note: We will not accept any room renewal registrations after the deadline.

As you consider where you want to live next academic year, the 2024-25 Housing Rates may be helpful as you make your decision. Also, when you register for housing you will select your meal plan for next academic year. Take time now to review GW Dining’s Meal Plan Overview.
