Hi Everyone,
I’m excited to announce that we’re rolling out the performance evaluation process. People are our most valuable asset - and growing our talent is one of the five core strategies of our company. The goal of Vail Resorts Performance and Talent Management processes are to ensure that individual and organization goals are clear, aligned and positioned to achieve success, to support communication between employees and leaders regarding progress and performance against goals, and to enable employees to grow and develop their leadership impact
We hope this process will provide:
- Clarity about opportunities for development and advancement
- An opportunity for managers and staff to deepen alignment around expectations
- Insight for leadership on how we’re doing as a team towards meeting our organization’s mission and goals
