New UITS Computer Lab in Sturgis Library

UITS is excited to announce that the UITS Computer Lab, currently in room 475 of the Burruss Building on the Kennesaw Campus will be moving to the first floor of Sturgis Library, near the video wall.  This convenient new location will open on January 11, 2021.  Whether you need help with passwords, Duo, need assistance setting up your Wi-Fi, or other support, you’ll find the UITS Student Tech Help Desk ready to support you.

While this change of location means silent and group lab areas are no longer available, the library offers ample space to work independently as well as collaboratively.

Should students need assistance between now and the start of the Spring semester, contact Student Technology Services at 470-578-3555 or email  studenthelpdesk@kennesaw.edu.

KSU Service Desk Self-Service Online Portal Now Available

Users can now make a service request, find answers to common issues, or report a technical issue 24/7/365 using the KSU Service Desk's Self-Service Online Portal at service.kennesaw.edu.
