39 Graduates Receive Doctor of Optometry
On May 17th, 39 members of the Class of 2014 walked across the stage and formally received their Doctor of Optometry degree at the Blanche M. Touhill Performing Arts Center.  The most important award for the Class of 2014 was the granting of their OD degree, representing the culmination of hard work and dedication. see more

They have performed countless examinations over the last year, devoting evenings and weekends in the never-ending pursuit of becoming sufficiently prepared to pass a comprehensive clinical proficiency performed on April 17th. see more
UMSL Alumni Represented at SLOS Banquet
On June 10th, from a spectacular view of the Cardinals playing field in the Redbird Club at Busch Stadium, the St. Louis Optometric Society (SLOS) held their annual installation and awards banquet.    see more

A Successful UMSL "Merger"
They met during the beginning of their optometric education in August 1986, when these two members of the Class of 1990 set out with a primary goal of obtaining the best optometric education possible and applying that education toward a private practice environment.

KMK Review began in 2005 with a team consisting of a graduate from the Indiana University School of Optometry, his wife (a physician’s assistant), and a scientist, with the intent of developing a NBEO Part One review.
