Clemson's Juneteenth Ceremony
Clemson University’s fourth Juneteenth ceremony, “A Celebration of Freedom,” took place in the heart of the University this year: The grounds of the Fort Hill National Historic Landmark.
This initiative is a joint humanities project led by Clemson University, South Carolina Humanities, and the University of South Carolina. Its goal is to build connectivity within local communities and their richly unique histories.
