Dear PA Families,

Thank you for your receptivity, patience, and flexibility as folks have adjusted travel plans and expectations, offered to host students over the upcoming break, and supported students through their final days of winter term academic and athletic commitments.

In response to our communication yesterday, we received inquiries about travel warnings and geographic locations. Please know that we are using this CDC resource to guide our thinking. We are attending to COVID-19 warnings only. We understand that families are making decisions in the best interest of their children. As we communicated yesterday, instructors are preparing online materials so that students who are unable to be on campus for the start of the spring term can keep up with the academic program. We have asked students to update their travel plans through REACH before leaving campus.

Our next planned communication will be Friday, March 13th with further updates. Please know we will be monitoring the situation closely.
