We at the Washington Center believe in you! We know the programs and initiatives you lead make a difference for undergraduates.  We also know that the conditions for higher education have never been more challenging.  As we collectively reinvent our colleges and universities to better serve diverse undergraduates with ever expansive expectations for their education, our goal is to help.

Is your campus engaged in general education reform? Are you seeking to breathe new life into your learning communities? Do you have a burgeoning FYE program? Are you building programs to support adult learners seeking to complete their degrees? Or maybe you are in the midst of a guided pathways implementation. 

Almost any initiative that has the goal of improving equitable outcomes for undergraduate students is a good fit for the institute. You bring a team of invested people and we provide skillful coaching, a tested action-planning process, and opportunities to learn from well-known experts. The Washington Center Collaborative is a space for higher education faculty, scholars, practitioners, and administrators to come together and discuss emergent issues of importance to our collective work educating and supporting students.
