From Our Leadership
Dear BELL clients, partners, and friends,

We’re excited that our hometown of Nashville has just surpassed $5 Billion in construction permits for the first time ever. It's clear that the growth in Tennessee is not stopping any time soon, and neither are we!

As a Tennessee-based company, we are intimately familiar with the area’s current construction environment. We remain committed to serving as a trusted advisor to our clients and industry partners. If you need to discuss a project, or need a contractor’s insight into material price changes, schedule issues, or constructability – we’re here to help.

In the meantime, read on to see what we’ve been working on, including updates on our projects and our people.

Sincerely,
Keith Pyle, President,
 & the BELL Team

That's a Wrap!

Davidson County Sheriff’s Office Now Complete

We completed the Davidson County Sheriff’s Office in May. The new building, located in East Nashville, will provide workspace for more than 200 employees. Previously, the agency was spread out across the county in five separate buildings. The new headquarters, designed by ESa, creates a much-needed ‘home’ for all.
Superintendent Tommy Carr and Nashville Sheriff Daron Hall
In celebration of its completion ahead of schedule, Nashville Sheriff Daron Hall and the DCSO surprised BELL Superintendent Tommy Carr with an Honorary Deputy Sheriff's badge and certificate. We’re so proud of Tommy, our BELL team, and all of our trade partners who helped make this project possible. Special thanks to Metro and the DCSO team for partnering with us!

Two Town Center Celebrates Opening with Ribbon Cutting

Alongside our partner, Boyle Investment Company, we recently completed Two Town Center in Franklin’s Berry Farms mixed-use development. The three-story, Class A building features 83,000+ square feet of office space.

Our transportation team was chosen to widen and realign the northern section of Buckner Lane in Spring Hill, TN, which stretches through Southeast Venture's June Lake development, a walkable, mixed-use community, and the first of its kind in the area. We celebrated the project’s groundbreaking in early June.

In our inaugural Question of the Quarter, a series where our expert team answers pressing industry questions, preconstruction managers Derek Brown and Glenn Moreland discuss how BELL’s preconstruction team helps clients handle market and price volatility.
