Over the last few months, 900+ high school and secondary school girls participated in the mentorship portion of RTSWS. During these sessions, local female financial professionals paired with students to share their knowledge, experience and guidance on college planning as well as career skills and aspirations

Saxena White Women’s Alliance Diversity Investing Symposium

Maura was featured as the spotlight speaker at Saxena White's Diversity Investing Symposium and RTSWS Board Member Meredith Jones participated on the U.S. Asset Allocator Panel.
It was a privilege for RTSWS to share our story at the Saxena White Second Annual Diversity Investing Symposium yesterday.

Thank you to Women’s Alliance Chair Marisa N. DeMato who encourages us all to work toward greater diversity, equity and inclusion in the investment industry.

Maura was a keynote speaker during the Symposium and shared how RTSWS is bringing this spirit and momentum to high school girls from diverse backgrounds, harnessing the power of math. RTSWS connects underserved, racially diverse high school girls to additional opportunities to engage with math before proactively selecting college courses and ultimately their career pursuits.

STEM professions are exciting, purposeful and they lift families out of poverty in one generation. RTSWS diversifies the pipeline with talented, motivated young women entering the workforce, strengthening the field.

Let’s consider what we can achieve together…
