Upcoming Events of Interest |
The world is rich with diversity. Life flourishes when environments are welcoming of all values.
To support an inclusive environment, but not to promote or inhibit the celebration of any religious holidays, an updated observance calendar is included in this newsletter each month. Diversity is the one thing we have in common–celebrate it every day.
View the March calendar below for a full list of observances.
|
Women's History Month is an annual celebration in March that highlights the contributions of women to society throughout history. It recognizes the vital role women have played in shaping culture, politics, and society, while also acknowledging the struggles they have faced in achieving equality and recognition.
The month-long observance aims to raise awareness of women's accomplishments and inspire future generations to continue their work towards gender equality. View the timeline here.
