Dear Ward 9 Chair/Co-Chairs,
Thank you for your interest in our upcoming Ward 9 School Council Chair Meeting. Your registration is greatly appreciated, and we're looking forward to having you represent your school at the event.
We have noticed that there are still a number of Ward 9 schools who have not yet registered a Chair/Co-Chair to attend. As you know, this meeting is an important opportunity to come together and set priorities for the school year around parent engagement. We would love to have one Chair/Co-Chair from each school present. If you are not available, you may send a designate, but ideally, one of the Chairs/Co-Chairs would attend.
Registration is still open, and we hope you can make arrangements to join us Monday, April 17, 2023 from 6:30 to 8:30 PM, in person at Givins/Shaw JPS.

If you can come early, we will be serving a light dinner at 6:00 PM and participants are encouraged to bring their own water bottle. Childcare will be provided onsite for school-aged children.
