Final Days to Visit A Longwood Christmas
On view through Sunday, Jan. 11
There's still time to visit for our bird-inspired display. From trees adorned with nests and feathered friends, to topiary swans in our Exhibition Hall, to birdhouses and bald eagles decorating our tree houses, this display flies high.
Outside, colorful fountains dance, glimmering snowflakes hang overhead, and a half-million lights illuminate our gardens.
Please note: Our Conservatory will be closed January 12 & 13 for A Longwood Christmas display removal, but our Outdoor Gardens will be open 9 am-6 pm.

Join us for the second year of our Community Read. We invite you to start reading Braiding Sweetgrass: Indigenous Wisdom. Scientific Knowledge, and the Teaching of Plants by Robin Kimmerer. Together, we will explore the book’s ideas about Native American culture and storytelling, our relationship with plants, and the science of botany.
Our Community Read has expanded this year to include a children’s title. The Great Kapok Tree by Lynne Cherry, gives our youngest garden guests an inspired look at what rainforests mean to the world’s ecology.
