Andersen Alumni Accounting Scholarship. This scholarship is awarded to senior accountancy majors and master of accountancy students, based on academic merit.
Daniel Leshner Beta Alpha Psi Scholarship. This scholarship was established in memory of Mr. Daniel Leshner, who graduated from Miami University in 1984 with a degree in accountancy. He spent his short professional career working in the Cleveland office of Ernst & Whinney. The award is given annually to an outstanding member of the Beta Alpha Psi chapter at Miami University.
Department of Accountancy Faculty Scholarship Fund. These funds are used to defray students' costs of participating in Miami University experiential learning programs and other miscellaneous expenses as directed by the Department Chair.
Lisa Musgrove Scholarship in Accounting. This scholarship us awarded to an incoming first-year student with a declared intent to major in accountancy, with preference to students who participated in the Make It Miami Accounting Summer Camp.
Craig and Linda Yoder Scholarship. The Yoders value the education and life experience received during their years at Miami, which have had a profound impact on their lives. Craig’s education helped prepare him for a career in public accounting. The accounting profession continues to need young people with fresh ideas and unique perspectives. Through this gift, the Yoders wish to help students with financial need have a great experience at Miami, prepare for a rewarding career, contribute to the accounting profession and eventually assist others in doing the same.
