Below we share an award announcement, your chance to submit debate topic ideas, and more!
2017-2018 Leading Chapter Awards
Each year the top chapter in accumulated members and degrees, not more than one per district, receives the Leading Chapter Award; then its accumulated total returns to zero and it begins a new record. The Leading Chapter Award is given out by the district chair at the district tournament and will arrive in your district box 5-6 weeks before your tournament. We're excited to share the list of winners for the 2017-2018 school year! Advisors and administrators of winning programs will receive letters of congratulations in the mail this month.
The January Public Forum topic area is National Budget/Debt. You can submit resolution ideas via the NSDA website through October 31, together with an explanation and research links/citations demonstrating a robust debatable issue. Learn more on our Topics page.
Apply to Present » We will accept proposals for the 2019 NSDA National Conference from educators representing all facets of our community through November 2.
