Dear 4-H Families,
Today, on Veterans Day, we pause to honor the courage, sacrifice, and service of all who have worn our nation’s uniform. Their dedication ensures the freedoms we enjoy every day.
We also celebrate the 4-H Military Partnership, which connects youth and families in military communities with the opportunities and support that 4-H provides. Through this program, we strive to create a sense of belonging, resilience, and leadership for military-connected youth—whether on installations or in local clubs. You can learn more about it at https://4h.extension.wisc.edu/2025/09/26/wisconsin-4-h-launches-military-club-for-youth-with-deployed-parents-or-guardians/
Please join us in expressing gratitude to veterans and active-duty service members in your community. A simple “thank you” or a handwritten note can mean so much. Together, let’s continue to live the 4-H pledge by serving others and making the best better.
Thank you for being part of a caring and connected 4-H family.
A quick heads up we will not have a newsletter the week of Thanksgiving.
Have a great week!
Marie

Neosho Utopians (Mckayla Conley) - On November 1st we had our achievement banquet at Beaver Dam pizza ranch. Everyone that came really enjoyed themselves. After eating members were recognized for the 4-H year and if they served as a past officer. Then on November 6th we held our monthly meeting where we discussed old and new business, and at the end we enjoyed making a turkey out of paper and writing what we are thankful for.

Watch Your Email for an Important Survey! |
|
|
| Every fall, Wisconsin 4-H encourages members (ages 13-18) to complete a survey about their 4-H experience. The survey will help Wisconsin 4-H to learn about the quality of our programs.
The survey will be sent to all eligible Wisconsin 4-H members by e-mail in the first week of November. Youth who complete the survey will be entered into a raffle to win a $25 gift card! Youth who attend Fall Forum will have the opportunity to complete the survey at that time.
For more information on the 4-H Thriving Model, visit 4-H Thriving Model – Wisconsin 4-H
Please keep an eye out for messages and more information about this important survey.
