Mardi Wareham is a spirited story teller who delivers a rousing program designed to inspire and uplift audiences.

As CEO of Singing Telegrams of Austin and Play That Uke, she personifies innovation and creativity. From the first time she put on a gorilla costume, she knew she wanted to disrupt the workplace.

What makes her unique is her six-step blueprint for creating innovation, illustrated with stories of singing telegram hijinks.

Mardi previously held positions in marketing and corporate communications in the insurance, education and nonprofit sectors. She serves on the board of the Austin chapter of the National Speakers Assn and is a member of Toastmasters International.

And so are some of her telegram characters who include a dancing chicken, Marilyn Monroe, Julia Childs, Kermit the Frog and a gorilla with multiple personalities.
