Summer Sizzlin'

July has brought us some long stretches of 90 degree heat! We hope you're staying cool as you enjoy your summer activities. For places to cool off during those extra-hot days, see the following maps of cooling options in Hennepin, Washington, and Ramsey counties.
What are you up to this summer? Whether you're working hard in summer school, sports, or jobs, or enjoying the break with friends and family- let us know what's been the highlight of your summer so far!

What We're Up To

We've been busy celebrating Juneteenth and Pride with our Tubman team, attending community events and trainings, and updating our curriculum for the upcoming school year.

If you're interested in making your voice heard during these changes, join us for our in-person curriculum review event on Wednesday, July 16th from 12pm-2pm at Tubman Chrysalis!
All participants (open to ages 12-19) will recieve a free lunch and $50 Visa gift card for their valuable insight. We would love to hear your throughts!

Stop By!

While school is out, a great way to stay connected with Tubman is to swing by our NorthStar Youth Outreach Center in Maplewood Mall. Cool off and relax with friends, pick up basic needs supplies, do a load of laundry, or connect with a staff member for some drop-in support. We are here for you! Click to see updated hours.
