I wanted to reach out to let you know about the fantastic service we received yesterday from your team. We had a CRAZY day in the office yesterday with a lot going on, and out of the blue one of our door locks broke not allowing a team of 7 into their workspace.
I put in a ticket, then called just because it was somewhat important. I spoke with Jude, and he was so polite (he always is), and the next thing I knew there was a locksmith fixing the door! YOUR TEAM SAVED THE DAY! Thank you, thank you!
I know oftentimes all you hear is complaints, (IT is the same!) so I wanted to let you know how much we appreciate you! - Kristin Smith

Tim Allenbaugh - I wanted to take a moment and tell you that I appreciate you, your quality of work and clear (and always diplomatic) communications for the Heritage Project. The construction side of the project management items are going well--but I want to acknowledge the user/occupant interactions you have and continue to manage-these are vital, and at times challenging, and make or break projects on campus.
I want to commend you for working to communicate clearly with the faculty and operations staffs, and for working with me in my role in the CAS Dean's Office. I appreciate the availability and candor in conversations you take time to have with me to problem solve and to come up with workable solutions and information for parties. I appreciate the extra mile on items like the Mac Court wayfinding signage issues and safety reviews with UOPD and the units, the endless access needs and tours, on top of the normal heavy task load. I appreciate the smile and professionalism you always present to the client side.
Kudos to you and thank you. - Amy Salmore
